Talking too much makes the mouth tired.
Too much typing wears the fingers out!

Ever look back at things you thought, said or wrote and wondered, “What?!”

It is said in the practice of Zen, that the further one progresses the less there is to say.

Think I’ll change my approach. Maybe a silent blog? The fewer readers the more successful!

When I follow my breath, pay attention to this moment, I can feel life. Nature comes alive for me again.
